• School Meals

Cygnet Catering is responsible for providing school lunches.

The meals meet the School Food Standards and provide a hot balanced meal every day.

The Caterers freshly prepare and cook the meals in our school kitchen.

The meal includes a choice of two main meals (one of which is suitable for a vegetarian diet) or a jacket potato with filling, vegetables or salad, bread, a pudding of the day or a choice of fresh fruit, yogurt and drinking water.

    Cost of school Meals

The current cost of school meals of £2.45 per day, £12.25 per week. We would ask that all eligible parents register their children for free school meals, as in addition to the free school meals, the school receives vital funding known as Pupil Premium, which is used to raise the attainment of students.

    Meal Payment Options

Our preferred method of payment is via our secure on-line payments system called SCOPAY run by Tucasi. Registration details will be sent to all new parents and additional information can be requested from the School Office. Cash and cheques are also accepted for school lunches, either weekly, monthly, half termly or termly in advance. Cheques should be made payable to St Philip’s School.
